Buildout Construction Corporation was established in June of 1994. We employ an upwards of 80 tradesmen with skills ranging from laboring to finish carpentry. We perform a myriad of tasks, and we're there from the beginning to the end. Buildout performs, but is not limited to general contracting, demolition, doors and hardware, framing, wall board, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, taping, painting, carpet and flooring, as well as electrical.

Buildout is a very unique company in that we self-perform all of our work, whereas most companies subcontract most of the work out. In doing this, we feel we can present the client with a much better finished product.

We specialize in, but again are not limited to fit-ups large and small. Buildout has been doing fit-ups for the past 10 years for such clients as Biogen, Geltex, and Genzyme, J.F. White, Northeastern University, Tufts University, Stride Rite, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Philips Medical.

Buildout works diligently to make sure all time lines and financial constraints are met. We will "go the extra mile" to accomplish all jobs in a timely manner. Buildout is proud of the way we get work accomplished over the weekend, so as not to interfere with employees of the companies we are doing the work for. It is quite the accomplishment to see individuals come back to work after a weekend and be amazed by the work that has been completed. It gives this company a sense of pride to be able to accommodate our clients' needs.
