In 1994, when many general contractors were subbing out work, Buildout Construction envisioned a different way of doing things. We wanted to relieve our clients of common industry headaches such as long job delays, sub-par work, and surprise costs.
To accomplish this goal, our company assembled our own team of talented tradesmen (and women) to do the hands-on work. This approach eliminates the burden of too many subcontractors who are only focused on one aspect of the work—and not invested in the project as a whole.
